1. Overview

Plan Keywords is designed as a local-first keyword intelligence tool. Your keyword library, categories, expansion results, and returned query results are stored on your own device by default.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Email address: used for license activation, account binding, support, recovery, and device unbinding.

Automatically collected information

• Device identifier: used to bind a license to an activated device.
• IP address: used for activation records, trial-abuse prevention, and security controls.
• Software version and basic technical information: used for updates, diagnostics, and support.

3. Keywords Processed During Queries

When you use keyword lookup or expansion features, the keywords in that specific request are sent as request parameters to our authorized lookup service. This is required to fetch the corresponding Google search volume, CPC, competition, and related keyword data.

The server only processes the current request. It does not save your keyword library, build a server-side keyword database from your account, or create a user profile from your searches. Necessary request identifiers, billing records, or short-lived cache may be processed only for credit validation, failed-query retry, abuse prevention, and service troubleshooting.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

• Your keyword library, categories, expansion results, and returned query results remain on your device.
• Your DeepSeek API Key is stored locally on your device and masked in the interface. AI features use the API key and account that you configure.

5. Third-Party Services

• Search data providers: used to retrieve Google keyword metrics for the specific keywords you query.
• DeepSeek: used for AI title generation, keyword analysis, cleaning, and landing-page planning when configured by you.
• IP reputation services: may be used to prevent abuse of free trials.
• Payment or ecommerce platforms: may process purchases, license delivery, or credit recharge transactions according to their own policies.

6. Data Security and Retention

Local data retention is controlled by you. Server-side license, email, IP, transaction, and billing records are retained only for operational, legal, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect server-side data.

7. Your Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, account/license support, device unbinding, or a copy/export of local data. Contact support to exercise these rights.
