This agreement is a product-side draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public release.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Plan Keywords, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

• Plan Keywords is provided as a one-time purchase license, not a subscription.
• A license key is bound to the activated device. The allowed number of devices depends on the license you purchased.
• If you replace your computer or reinstall the system, contact support to unbind the old device and activate again.
• You may not resell, rent, sublicense, share, or transfer license keys without written permission.

3. Credits and Query Usage

• Keyword lookup and expansion features may consume credits. One credit checks up to 1,000 keywords unless otherwise stated in the app.
• Credits may be included with a license, trial, or purchased recharge code.
• Credits consumed by a successful query are generally non-refundable. Failed queries caused by system errors may be refunded according to the service rules.

4. Free Trial

The software may include a limited free trial and a small query allowance. To prevent abuse, trial access may be limited by device, IP, or network reputation.

5. Payments and Refunds

Digital license keys and recharge codes are generally non-refundable once issued or activated, except where required by law or where activation fails due to a verified system issue. Platform-specific refund rules may also apply.

6. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, cracking, bypassing license or billing systems.
• Abusing free trials through multiple devices, accounts, IP changes, virtual machines, or proxy networks.
• Sharing, selling, or distributing license keys.
• Using the software for unlawful, infringing, or third-party-service-violating purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, code, brand, and documentation belong to Plan Keywords. Keyword data, generated titles, and page-planning outputs created through your use of the software belong to you.

8. Third-Party Services and Accuracy

The software may rely on third-party search data providers, AI services, and IP reputation services. Search volume, CPC, competition, and AI-generated content are provided for reference and do not constitute business, legal, financial, or investment advice.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, maintain, suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the software or service. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party service failures.
