Common questions

Will my keyword data be uploaded?

Your keyword library, categories, expansion results, and returned metrics are stored locally on your device. When you request search volume, CPC, or competition data, the keywords in that specific request are sent as query parameters to Plan Keywords' authorized lookup service to fetch the corresponding Google data. The server does not build a keyword database from your library or create a user profile from your searches.

Can I move my license to a new computer?

Yes. A license is bound to the activated device. If you replace your computer or reinstall the system, contact support to unbind the old device and activate again.

What are credits?

Credits are used for real keyword data lookups and keyword expansion. One credit checks up to 1,000 keywords.

Does my data remain after the trial?

Yes. Your local data remains on your device. After activating a license, you can continue using the same local library.
